Order procedure?

  • Select your item and colourway.
  • Send us your size and physical address.
  • Send proof of payment (COD option available for clients residing within the Nelson Mandela Bay Area)
  • We will submit a request for you
  • We will deliver once sneaker is ready for dispatchment. (See delivery time)

Delivery time-frame?

Upon confirmation of order between 3-5 working days.

Further engagement will be done via WhatsApp on an individual basis to confirm time and place.

Payment?

All clients in the Nelson Mandela Bay area may pay as follows:

  • Cash on delivery
  • EFT
  • Card (we accept all Visa and Master debit and credit cards).

All other areas outside the NMB area will need to make full payment and send proof of payment prior to dispatching.

Are the gifts mandatory?

Please note, as much as we love giving out gifts with our Sneakers, this is not mandatory. All gifts are given subject to availability and dealers discretion. Example of gifts: Sneaker Drop Notebook, Sneaker Lab products etc

Certified Sneaker Drop Resellers are individuals authorized to sell products under the Sneaker Drop name. The relationship is similar to a franchisor and a franchisee relationship. However, The CSDR operates their own business, source their own clients and are liable for all moneys owing to their clients, if necessary, i.e down payments, laybys etc. SNEAKER DROP (PTY) LTD acts separately and DO NOT deal directly with CSDR clients.
